Hi, I’m Alejandro.
I’m an educator focused on understanding how people learn, develop, and reach their potential.
My journey began in music, where years of performance and teaching shaped my understanding of learning, discipline, creativity, and human development.
Today, my work explores the intersection of education, psychology, and high-performance practice — understanding what enables people to grow, develop capabilities, and achieve meaningful progress.

My Story
Throughout my career as a musician, educator, and programme leader, I have been fascinated by the process behind development.
How do people acquire new abilities?
What allows individuals to overcome challenges?
How do environments influence growth and performance?
These questions have guided my work designing learning experiences, mentoring developing talent, and exploring the principles that help people improve.
My approach combines insights from education, psychology, and performance to understand not only what people achieve, but how they develop.
What Inspires Me
I have always been curious about how things work — how people learn, improve, create, and experience life.
Beyond my work, I find inspiration in the areas that continue to shape the way I think.
Music
Playing the violin has taught me that growth comes from patience, curiosity, and thousands of small improvements. It continues to shape how I understand learning and mastery.
Nature & Simplicity
Time in nature reminds me to slow down, observe, and appreciate the environments that influence how we think and live.
Reading, Writing & Conversations
Some of my best learning happens through books, writing, and conversations. I enjoy exploring ideas, questioning assumptions, and discussing what makes people grow.
Movement & The Body
Exercise and sport fascinate me because they reveal so much about discipline, resilience, and what the human body and mind are capable of achieving.
Ideas & Great Minds
I enjoy exploring the thoughts of people who challenge perspectives and offer new ways of understanding ourselves, society, and the world around us.
Small Rituals
Even simple moments — a good coffee, a quiet walk, or a meaningful conversation — can become opportunities to pay attention, reflect, and learn.
